Bryant's attorneys want woman's medical records

Kobe Bryant's defense team has asked a federal judge to order the woman who has accused him of rape to turn over all her medical records since her 16th birthday and all her educational records.

The request, made public Monday, comes just before Colorado U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch will hold a hearing Wednesday on other pretrial issues involving the exchange of evidence.

Bryant's lawyers contend that accuser Katelyn Faber and her lawyers have unreasonably refused to provide the information.

Already on Matsch's agenda for the hearing are Bryant's request that he not have to disclose in a sworn deposition all his sexual partners and Faber's request that Bryant be barred from legally attributing any damages she suffered to others who aren't party to her civil suit against Bryant.
